Phone Link doesn't open any more on Windows 10 and remains on the splash screen - how can I fix it?

Phone Link used to work on my Windows 10 PC, but this week (July 2024) it stopped working. Every time I try to open Phone Link, the program just sits on the product splash screen. I have tried uploading a screenshot showing the specific image, but the website says "Upload Failed".On my computer I have:repaired the appreset the appOn my phone I have:logged out of Link to Windows AppRe-installed the application from Google PlayThanks in advance
