Phone Link Does Not Open and Can't Update

I have tried rebooting my computer several times, but I cannot open the Phone Link app anymore. This was working fine a few days ago.When I went into the Microsoft Store, it said there was an update, so I tried downloading it, but got this error message.Can someone at Microsoft please tell me when this will be fixed? Thanks.
