Phone Link Device Removal

It is insane that I even need to write this as it should be easy to find, but how do you remove a device from the "Phone Link" app on Windows? I already traded in my old phone but cannot figure out how to remove it from the PC. Microsoft has really put zero effort into usability recently and it is super frustrating to find such a basic feature apparently missing or hidden.
