Phone Link - can't receive texts

WhI'm having the same problem as others have. Link to Windows can send texts -- and I notice it can't remember them on PC -- but won't receive texts. I have a Samsung Galaxy 22S Ultra and a Windows 10 PC. Sorry, can't upgrade to Windows 11. I've tried all the things done suggested by mods for other people, but they don't work. This is recent for me.If I disconnect and reconnect, it shows what I received... but doesn't send or receive.Noting that sending this on the Phone Link, it only sent and the app didn't remember it at all.
