Phone Link calls not working on windows 10

I'm experiencing an issue with the Phone Link app on my Windows 10 PC. I can send messages just fine, but when it comes to calls, I can't hear anything or make any calls using my desktop mic and speakers. I’ve checked the usual settings, and everything seems in order, but the audio doesn’t seem to route through my desktop.Has anyone encountered this issue? Any advice on how to resolve this so I can hear and make calls directly from my desktop?Thanks in advance for your help!
