Phone link audio super low....until after I switch microphones for every call.

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 and Microsoft Phone Link fully connected. I can view my Galaxy S22 screen, dismiss notifications, send text messages, and place calls. Trouble is, when I call someone my microphone on my Logitech webcam is so incredibly low they can't hear me. I can hear them just fine. No app updates on the phone,No app updates on the Surface,No driver updates,Removed the device and added it again,I've read just about every post on audio issues for Phone link.
