Phone Link app not requesting Delivery Reports

Hi - I am using Phone Link app with my Samsung S9 Link to Windows.I can send and receive Text messages OK but I do not send a request for Delivery receipt when using the PC.When sending from the phone, delivery reports are turned on but they are not requested when using Phone Link.How do I get Phone Link to request delivery reports the same as the phone does?
