when i hover my mouse over Show Names With Conference Video menu option in

View menu of Phone Dialer i receive a message in status bar that indicates

avwav.dll in windows root is corrupt and i've just installed windows why

this is happening and how can i fix it?

That file shouldn't be in the root, that's for sure. Perhaps you

connected this computer to the internet before you had a working

firewall installed and it is compromised? I would very suspicious of the

security of the PC. Perhaps flatten it and reload clean and get the

firewall and security software installed before connecting to the internet.
