Personal vault pin

I sign in to windows using a Pin.After I'm signed in, I click on Personal Vault in the One Drive folder and it asks me for the same pin.I would like to increase the security of my personal vault.I do not want it to offer me the option of accessing the personal vault with the same PIN that I use to sign into Windows. Why?If my laptop stops working, I will have to take it to a computer shop.I want to ensure the files in the personal vault are not accessible to the people in the computer shop.Is there any way I can set Personal Vault to ask for a code from the Authenticator app OR send a notifica
