Persistent WSL error

Hello, I am trying to setup WSL on my Windows 11 home device (Ryzen 3950x). and I am running into a persistent error when trying to install or run wsl, text shown below. Installing, this may take a few minutes... WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80370102 Please enable the Virtual Machine Platform Windows feature and ensure virtualization is enabled in the BIOS. For information please visit Troubleshooting Windows Subsystem for Linux Press any key to continue...I have the SVM option enabled in BIOS and the 'Virtual Machine Platform,' and 'Windows Subsystem for Linux,' are enabled in Windows
