Persistent Language Issue & Mouse Cursor Size

Hello everyone, I purchased an HP Spectre x360 with Windows 11 last April, and since then, I’ve been experiencing an annoying issue with the language settings that I haven’t been able to resolve. Although I’ve configured my keyboard to use English (US) and Arabic, English (UK) frequently appears as an option, even though it’s not added to my language settings. Recently, another issue has surfaced, making my experience with the laptop far from enjoyable.
