Persistent Crashes

I have been dealing with crashes for a while now and have asked 2 previous questions. After running driver verifier I have removed Riot Vanguard and Nord VPN as they were causing issues. I am now getting a crash from verifier caused by vrtaucbl.sys which from what I have read seems important and not easy to remove. I suspect my CPU may be part of the problem as I have one of the intel 13th gen CPU's but it is only an I5 13600k, I have also updated my bios to the version with the fix provided by intel for the instability issues with the 13th and 14th gen cpus.
