Permission Needed to Move a File?

Just trying to move sound files into a consistent folder. I could move most of them, but then I came to this:Why do I need permission from an account that does not even exist on my network to just move a file? Who is TrustedInstaller, and how does he hold so much power over me? And why does Redmond keep making things more and more complicated? I hereby withdraw Microsoft's permission to create more security chaos on my network. So let it be written, so let it be done. Amen.
