Permanently reduce Outlook PST File size (not only after compact now)

I often get error message that my pst file "has reached the maximum size". It's 47 GB large. When I click on 'compact now" (Outlook Data File) it reduces the file size to 32GB. It then works again for some days, then file size is back to 47GB and I get error message again. I deleted 10000s of emails over the last weeks and only added a few, still error message comes up again and again.

How can I permanently reduce the PST Size without removing any more emails (archiving, etc.)?
