Permanent Fix for Rock Candy Xbox One Controllers after re-connecting the controller

Years ago, I bought a PDP Rock Candy Xbox One Controller to use for my computer, I let my brother use it for his Windows 11 computer, but it doesn't turn on when connected to it (the controller registers as an Xbox Gaming Device under "Xbox Peripherals" inside the Device Manager, but the light NEVER comes on). It does however work when turning on the computer or even when restarting it. Is there like a certain driver that can keep it on regardless of connect/disconnect/reconnect, and even restarts?
