Performance Problems / FPS Drop in all games

Hello there,I have massive FPS Drops on Windows 11 Pro , i reinstalled the System and i have new PC and still the same problem with all games that i play. It drops like from 200/300 to 10/20 like for 0.1 sec. I tried to reinstall the drivers and everything , but it doesnt help , what can be the solution ?Mainboard: MSI B760 Gaming Plus WiFi (MS-7D98Memory : Kingston Fury 2x 16GBGPU : Nvidia RTX 3060 12GBCPU : Intel i7 12700FKind regards.
