Performance issue on 24h2 update

Hello there! I have an issue with windows 11 24h2 update. After the update, some game's fps suddenly drops (valorant). When I scroll for some applications (spotify and google chrome), some part of the old content will stay on the screen, replacing the new content. After few seconds, the part of the screen (old content) will refresh and replace the old content to the new content. My laptop spec:AMD Ryzen 5 8645hsNvidia RTX 450016gb ddr5 ram144hz monitor Storage left: 171.82 GB
