People can barely hear me on video calls

I have a 3 year old DELL XPS13. I am on video calls all day with different clients and a lot of people say that they can barely hear me, but others hear me fine, and others hear me better when I use my headset. Sometimes people can't hear me at all. I have current audio drivers, tried disabling audio enhancement, and Windows audio troubleshooter. My volume is up at 100. Windows is Updated, but there is an optional DELL firmware 0.2.29.1. It's not the platform I'm using because it happens on others and my Wifi connection if good.
