Peer to Peer Networking - My Computer is Missing

I have a small 2 PC Network, one PC runs Windows 10, the other Windows 11.Despite setting up all the below settings, neither PC shows up under File Explorer's Network heading on the Win 11 PC.Furthermore, I can access the shared drives on the Win10 PC from the Win 11 PC, so the PCs are networked, but I cannot access the shared drive on the Win 11 PC from the Win 10 PC.I have set up the following setting on both PCs:-Private NetworkServicesDNS Client – Automatic & RunningFunction Discovery Provider Host – Automatic & RunningFunction Discovery Resource Publication – Automatic & Runni
