PDF preview not showing in Windows 11 Explorer

SO FRUSTRATING!!I've been trying to find a solution for months!I hate Adobe so I open all my PDFs in Edge. But for some reason they have stopped appearing in Windows Explorer. I've put them back to open with Adobe Reader, they appeared for a few days then back to not showing. I've tried going back to opening them in Edge by default and keep trying back in Adobe default but none are showing in preview!!! aaaaargggggggghhhhhh! In Windows Explorer, Show Preview Handlers is enabled.I've gone in Reader, Edit > Preferences. On the General page, tick "Enable PDF Thumbnail previews in Windows
