PDF and WORD files not showing thumbnails in WINDOWS 11 in ICON view, i do not want to use preview or ADOBE ACROBAT

Can someone help resolve this issue for me please? not using ADOBE as I did before and they have stopped thumbnail support for windows! it shows as grey in windows 11. Have power toys but not helping. I cannot see thumbnail previews in Icon View for PDF or WORD, in File View the button is off as well for thumbnail. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you
