Pc works fine, screen turned black while updating drivers and won’t turn back on.

I was updating my drivers for my rx5600 xt while playing cyberpunk 2077. My screen froze so I hit alr+ctrl+shift+B to try to fix my screen. All this did was make it go black for a second (which it normally does) but it never turned back on. I restarted my pc and the screen is still black. The pc works fine because all the lights are on and my Bluetooth speakers connect fine and it all looks normal. Did I **** up my pc???? Pleasee help???
