PC wont turn on but its Power is on

[Windows 10]

Recently, I've made a new fresh installation of Windows 10 (64 Bit) on my new SSD. The moment Im on the Keyboard Layout setup screen, my PC suddenly shut down. I tried turning it on again but this time it wont.Next is I waited for an hour because I thought my PC was just overheated. When I tried it again, it wont turn on. The power was still on that time..Next morning, same thing happened.. I tried some methods such as resetting cmos battery, disconnecting all drives and peripherals, and bypassing power button..
