PC won't start.

Hi recently I am facing a problem with my gaming pc, when I am trying to start it nothing happens beside ram rgb goes on for 3 seconds and then back off and I hear a click sound probably from psu. a day before nothing seems to be wrong I was gaming and not facing any problems until it was time to go sleep but before I even manage to exit the game I was playing I got bsod video_scheduler_internal_error after bsod pc restared and booted to windows and I turned it off. the next day I woke up and pc wasnt startingList of troubleshooting I did:checked ram, I tried starting a pc with only one ram st
