PC won't power on after boot change

Hi. Trying to upgrade to Windows 11 ans was trying to setup Secure Boot.On an MPG X750 mobo.I changed UEFI + Legacy to UEFI, but the PC shut down on restart.Will not power up.Runs for a second, then stops.Any help appreciated,thanks
