Pc won’t load when secure boot is on or off how do I fix

Hi there so I disabled secure boot on my pc and I restarted my pc after and now it gets stuck on a aorus splash screen and I can’t press or do anything and when I boot into bios if I enable my security’s boot it says secure boot violation and when its off it just gets stuck at a splash screen how do I fix it
