Pc won’t let me setup bios

when I boot my pc it boots into the motherboards screen where is says * del setup bios* f9 system information* f12 boot menu* end q-flashI try to setup the bios by pressing the keys and nothing happens, I’ve also tried different keys to see if it works but nothing happens. After a little bit the screen goes black.
