PC wont finish booting up, stuck on gray screen

Hello, so from this morning my pc isnt finishing the booting process and gets stuck on this gray screen every time. I have already dug into this problem and tried multiple fixes such as resetting the CPU with the Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B command and trying to perform a startup repair by booting from a usb and entering the troubleshoot area. I dont think there is any hardware problem since my pc worked just fine last night and i opened the case to double check if something fell out of its place. If anyone knows any way to try and fix this problem it would really help. Thanks in advance.
