PC with Windows 10 totally died, do I need to buy a new windows 11 license with the new machine

My old Windows 10 desktop has just died (won't power at all, hopefully drives are recoverable).I am looking to buy a new desktop, but am unsure if I need to buy it with an OS.The old desktop was windows 7 and upgraded to windows 10. It may have come with Windows 7, I can't recall.I do have a Win 7 home premium DVD, labeled as for distribution with a PC. I also have an old Windows XP pro pack with full product key.Am I likely to need to buy a new license for the new machine?
