PC will not load images on any website or on apps such as discord after 24H2 update

I have been trying to figure out the problem since my PC force updated itself to 24H2 on 12/11/24 and nothing has worked thus far. Images do not load on chrome with no explanation, some websites are slow (its not a network issue, as my other devices work fine), some are boarderline unusable (ie: pinterest, i'm an artist and use this for my work), youtube videos buffer past the lowest graphics qualities, and images on discord do not load at all at times. It's incredibly frustrating as my PC is not even six months old and was well over 3K to build. Games work very well on it still, and it starts
