PC was working fine, then my USB devices all went off (mouse/keyboard etc..) the comp fully crashed. Cant get it to reboot

PC was working fine, then my USB devices all went off (mouse/keyboard etc..) the comp fully crashed. Could not get it to reboot. Have tried multiple Google suggestions but the computer only powers up but nothing connected to it is working at all. The RGB RAM cards are dark also and they lit up fine before
