PC video card downgrades after some time for no reason.

I have a problem with my PC suddenly losing tons. of performance without any valid reason. I tried reinstalling Windows 10, upgrading to Windows 11 and back, but after a couple of days, even the most low-performance games don't get higher than 10 fps (I have AMD Ryzen 5 2600x Six-Core Processor 3.6 Ghz and a 16GB RAM). Another thing I've noticed is that some games that my PC used to run effortlessly, now prompt:"A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11, Shader Model 5) is required to run the engine"Additionally, each time this performance downgrade happened, the Sleep Mode option disappears.I
