PC unable to boot to Recovery Drive after rolling back 24H2 update, files corrupted

Hi Community, My Windows 11 HP Envy laptop was running hot, and I was hoping the 24H2 update would fix it. Unfortunately, it made the problem worse, so I tried rolling back the PC to a previous restore point. But it seems that several system files became corrupted, and I'm now not able to even boot up the PC into recovery mode (using a Recovery USB drive). The first error screen that comes up is: --------------------------- Recover Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The OS couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors. File: ntoskrnl.exe Error code: 0xc0000098
