PC turned off during factory reset

I was recently resetting my Windows 11 PC with the remove everything option, and the power cable unplugged causing it to power off. Ive created a media creation tool to boot into for installing Windows 11, but the computer no longer boots into anything, just is a black screen when I turn it on. I’m wondering how to get it to boot into the USB, as it doesn’t boot into the BIOS/UEFI thing right now, just stays a black screen.
