PC to TV with HDMI problem

I have bought a new TV Fox 50WOS64E and when connected to PC with HDMI cable monitor BenQ GL2450 start to flicker - turning on and of 4-8 sec... but on TV there is no signal detected. I have Windows 11 pro. Ryzen 5 2600, Radeon RX 580 4G Pc and Tv are connected to internet via Ethernet thru router with optical internet+tv+phoneThere is no wireless display discovered in wired display or other options how can i cast desktop to tv ???? and what can i try more....
