PC stuck on ‘The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contracted’ when trying to login.

So I’ve attempted to reset my pc as I was having some issues, now when powering on the computer it takes about 10-15 mins to boot up and gets stuck on a please wait screen during this time.Once booted up I get to the usual screen where you would sign in with your account but instead of my account there is both administrator and guest accounts which both show ‘the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contracted’ when trying to log on.Affcetively rendering the pc useless as I have no way of getting past this screen.When resetting the pc I chose the keep personal files but reset
