PC stuck on ‘hello there’ screen

Hi,I’ve just bought a new laptop. As I’m installing/updating windows, it got stuck on restarting. Now I’m in an endless loop of being on a ‘hello there’ screen and when I click next, it just restarts to the computer to the same point Any help is much appreciated
