PC Shutting down due to hardware

my desktop has been restarting on its own recently. i analyse the dump files using BlueScreenView, which identifies errors related to the driver ndiscap.sys, pci and UsbHub3 . I updated the Intel Ethernet Connection (17) i219-LM driver to address the ndiscap.sys issue, but it did not resolve the problem. I'm unsure if this is a hardware or driver conflict. Could anyone advise? Thanks.
