PC SHUTS OFF. event viewer says something about "NVIDIA-NVTOPPS-NVLOGS"

My PC randomly keeps restarting, I check event viewer and the common pattern seems to show something about "Session "NVIDIA-NVTOPPS-NVLOGS" stopped due to the following error: 0xC0000188"The maximum file size for session "NVIDIA-NVTOPPS-NVLOGS" has been reached. As a result, events might be lost (not logged) to file "C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\nvtopps\nvlog.etl". The maximum files size is currently set to 20971520 bytes.I'm not sure how to go about this since the internet tells me nothing about this issue.
