PC shuts down unexpectedly then restarts

Ok so I have tried everything, unchecked auto restart from advanced system settings, checked drivers, cleaned pc, repasted everything, checked hard drives, run memtest on ram, updated bios firmware and then downgraded back down, clean installed windows 10 about 5 times (no overclocks). The only time the pc wont restart is in safe mode and in bios settings otherwise once I enter windows normally after around 2-5 minutes pc shuts down and then restarts. I pasted windows logs on a drive link below any help is godgiven. Specs: amd fx-6350r7 360psu vs 450 corsair motherboard gigabyte 970a-ds3phyper
