So last night, after I had been on my computer (only playing games), I got tired and shut off my computer and flung into bed. Apparently instead of it just shutting down it had an update and it had completely messed up my computer.
My entire screen completely freezes and I can't open up my task manager. And it would freeze minutes after I've already rebooted it, and I've done this plenty of times.
A lot of my friends and family have been trying to help me with trying to fix it, and so I decided to go into Safe Mode and restore the stuff I had before the update (taking away whatever update it was). It worked, it stopped the freezes but now my desktop looks strange and funky, things seemed off, then I went to load up one of my games and it tells me there's an error, so I try another and there's an error as well. It was literally every single game I have installed on my computer and they all tell different problems. I tried reinstalling one of my games and it still came up with the same stuff.
I spent hours and hours trying to understand what went wrong, then I decided to just redownload what the update was and it kept giving me problems and then finally it updated and it seemed as if when it updated it cut off mid update and just rebooted itself and everything was just the same with the same problems just as before.
I'm so frustrated with this and I was hoping to spend my day playing games and all, but all I've been doing is trying to understand what has happened to my computer. Someone please help me out here.
