Pc shows only a black screen

when I boot up my pc, i try to open my browser and some apps, nothing is opening.I try to see if it is a wifi problem by clicking on the wifi icon on the taskbar, it opens a blank cube with nothing in it and I cant get it off the screenwhen I press the windows key, all of my screens turn to black and I cant do nothing but manually shut down my PC
