PC seems to keep attempting to find or change primary display

Hello,Currently on Windows 11 (23h2 I believe). I have two monitors and my TV connected to the GPU. Normally, I just have my main monitor and secondary monitor on for normal gaming. However, sometimes I use my TV for other games. I have it setup so when I open Steam in Big Picture Mode, it opens up on the TV. That way I can play games on there. So when Steam Big Picture opens on the TV, it temporarily changes the primary monitor to the TV. Then when I close it, it changes back.Seemed like it worked for a long time.
