PC running into multiple issues (blue screen with different error codes, restarting randomly)

[Windows 11]

My PC keeps restarting and getting critical errors, sometimes blue screen with error code irql_not_less_or_equal, DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. These codes are just some of the codes i get because they only last less than one second. There are times that i get 4 blue screen errors in a row (immediately) and showing recovery problems so this led me to intalling new windowsI tried intalling new windows on new drive and now i keep getting critical errors, no bsod but it restarts randomly
