Pc running, but no signal on screen.

So yesterday I decided to factory rest my comouter (installing windows from the same device and deleting every file from every disk) and because when it started the factory reste my screen went black I dexided to tuen off my comouter because I wanted to see what % it was. So I turned my computer back and it said something like "there was a peoblem resetting your computer" so I just decided to re factory reset and same thing, a black screen. So I do the same thing close and reopen the computer but this time no signal on my screen, but the computer still run without a problem. I try to unplug my
