Pc restarts after starting the game, Kernel - Power ID: 41, BugCode: 0

Hi guys,i am struggling with PC restarts when i start the games ( Arma III and Chivalry 2 only) I tried almost everything. New bios, updating / downgrading GPU drivers, motherboard, SSD NVME, power setting in BIOS. I stressed PC with Prime 95, OCCT, RealBench -> temperatures are ok, no errors in tests. When i checked Event monitor -> There is Kernel - Power error 41 with BugCode 0. I have got 10y old 650W PSU working without problems with another games. When i checked OCCT and BIOS voltages everything is ok, power lines are ok.I tried to set the power management to full performance in Wi
