PC restarting when it enters sleep mode?

Hello, I recently did a reset/reinstall of Windows on my PC and ever since, my PC seems to be restarting when it enters sleep mode. I never had this problem prior to the reinstall, so I'm wondering if it is just some Windows settings I need to change?
