HelloI have tried to factory reset my laptop and everything was going smoth until windows didint dowload and i just had black screen. I had to cut off power twice to my laptop so i can do anything (it always freezed on screen "LENOVO welcome") after it i decided to do same thing and the same thing happend so i decided to select full wipe and same thing happen but no matter how many times i cut off power it keeps freezing.Sorry for my bad english
