PC Reset stuck at 68%

I got a brand new laptop about three months ago. Then as of last week, it started running unexpectedly slow, to the point where it's taking a good 30s to even open a new tab. I tried everything else and the reset was my last resort. But now the reset is stuck at 68% and has been for a few hours, so I really don't know what to do. I don't care about any files because everything was either backed up on another platform or didn't matter to me, I just want the laptop to be functional.
