PC repeatedly crashes after watching videos while tabbed out of steam game?

Hello,This is a relatively new issue with my PC. I haven't changed any hardware, and I don't know if any update is the root cause of this crashing isue. I checked event viewer and I keep getting an Event 162, followed by an event 41. This crash consistently occurs when I'm tabbed out of a steam game and I start watching a video on Discord. I have a 6900XT, 5600X, 32 GB DDR4-3200MHZ, running on Windows 11 Pro 24H2.
